Assistant to the Project Manager | Building

Prepare letters or any other correspondence;
Prepare submission files;
Handle price inquiries and follow up with our purchasing department;
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks;
Monitor deliveries to construction sites;
Track returns from construction sites;
Monitor technical drawings;
Open projects;
Record daily activities and track time cards;
Prepare progress invoices;
Ensure invoicing is up to date;
Follow up on project closures and archive project files;
Any other tasks related to the position.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry.
Ability to handle multiple requests and strong prioritization skills.
Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
French proficiency.
