Project Officer - Energy Division
Mirabel, Qc
Opening of projects (Excavation info, location requests, etc.);
Analysis of plans and specifications;
Application for traffic obstruction permits;
Communication with clients;
Billing for each project and sending final plans and specifications to clients;
Review of invoices received from suppliers;
Collection of essential documents for project billing;
Analysis of daily reports from production staff;
Any other related tasks.

Technical or vocational training in accounting or secretarial work;
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of Bell and Hydro-Québec systems (an asset);
Proficiency with MS-Office suite and general computer skills;
Priority management;
Punctuality, organization, and independence;
Proficiency in French.
