Cost estimation for public and private tenders;
Planning and monitoring of ongoing projects;
Daily communication with team leaders and foremen for project follow-up;
Prioritizing files to review with foremen;
Participating in weekly project follow-up meetings;
Planning and revising schedules for ongoing projects;
Analyzing site progress and costs;
Following up on contract modifications;
Assisting with invoicing and file closures;
Responsible for quality on job sites;
Any other related tasks.

Technical degree or Bachelor's in Civil, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience;
Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
Good customer service;
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Proficiency in French.
