Your daily life
- Manage electrical work on one or more construction sites;
- Supervise and direct work teams;
- Estimate personnel needs for each project;
- Assess equipment and machinery requirements;
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards;
- Guarantee adherence to occupational health and safety regulations;
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues encountered on-site;
- Monitor project schedules and allocated budgets meticulously;
- Ensure compliance with project requirements;
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to the site;
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions on-site;
- Onboard and train new employees;
- Perform other related tasks.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
