  • Oversee electrical work on one or more job sites

  • Lead and supervise field teams

  • Estimate labour requirements for each project

  • Assess equipment and machinery needs

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable standards

  • Enforce occupational health and safety regulations

  • Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise on site

  • Closely monitor project schedules and budgets

  • Ensure all project specifications are met

  • Coordinate material deliveries to the site

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend on-site solutions

  • Onboard and train new employees

  • Perform other related duties as required

• Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong leadership skills and attentive to team members

  • Fluency in French
