Supervise the accounting team (payables, billing, receivables);
Annually evaluate and mentor employees under your direction;
Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records and work closely with each internal client to provide solid administrative support;
Collaborate in the development of annual budgets;
Address various administrative questions, such as renewing auto, building, property, and liability insurance, etc.;
Reconcile general ledger accounts and post monthly journal entries;
Oversee the full accounting cycle under the supervision of the Finance Director;
Manage billing: validate monthly work invoices;
Payroll: handle the accounting portion of payroll (year-end documents, salary analysis, matching expenses and revenue to contracts for the accounting cycle);
Produce monthly tax filings;
Validate accounts and correct errors as needed;
Responsible for monthly variance analysis to guide the Finance Director;
Manage the budget process (cash flow);
Prepare monthly financial statements as well as any analysis requested by management;
Perform all other related duties.

Bachelor's degree in accounting with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
CPA or candidate to the profession: a significant asset;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel);
Knowledge of Vision software (asset);
Team management experience;
Proficiency in French.
