Analyze plans and specifications in general to have a global vision of the project;
Extract material takeoffs according to plans and specifications;
Analyze and organize project submission requests;
Make price requests;
Be able to establish submissions, without plans and specifications, for our light projects;
Establish a preliminary work schedule including the resources necessary for the site;
Establish the list of specialties, materials, subcontractors and suppliers likely to make your estimate a success;
Perform the study assembly in the estimation software by incorporating subcontracted tasks, own work tasks, work teams, work rates and ratios, quantities to be completed, etc.;
Analyze the project in detail to anticipate construction methods involving indirect costs;
Assist the project director in choosing subcontractor and supplier prices;
Participate in the evaluation of directives for projects in execution;
Make deposits via BSDQ or in any other form.

Professional studies diploma in electrical field or related field;
5 to 10 years of experience;
Knowledge of standards and regulations in civil infrastructure (MTQ, municipalities);
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills;
Good knowledge of Office suite;
Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, SEAO, BSDQ, MERX, etc.);
Knowledge of TPL Estimation software (asset);
Valid driver's license and car;
Fluent in spoken and written French.
