  • Actively collaborate in project management (planning, organization, and follow-up);
  • Monitor and measure performance during different project phases;
  • Assist in coordinating with various on-site stakeholders;
  • Prepare reports on project progress;
  • Measure and track completed quantities on-site;
  • Analyze plans;
  • Conduct site inspections;
  • Ensure the implementation of the quality plan;
  • Draft compliance certificates;
  • Handle non-conformities and take corrective actions;
  • Conduct safety checks with teams;
  • Track team performance;
  • Compile data and present monthly reports;
  • Assist the project manager in drafting safety briefings and meeting with field teams;
  • Order materials;
  • Perform other related tasks.

• Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • ASP card (Construction Health and Safety Training), an asset;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Initiative and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in French.
