Plan and coordinate project phases from mobilization to delivery;
Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources;
Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners;
Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with OHS standards;
Analyze calls for tenders and technical documents;
Evaluate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting;
Prepare detailed and competitive submissions;
Participate in pre-bid site visits;
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to optimize costs.

Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience;
3 to 5 years of experience in the electrical field;
Experience in medium-voltage work is an asset;
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills;
Strong command of the Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.);
Valid driver's license and car;
Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
