  • Monitor schedules, budgets and resources;

  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and partners;

  • Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with OHS standards;

  • Prepare progress reports and project completion summaries;

  • Identify risks and propose corrective measures;

  • Participate in continuous improvement of estimation and management processes;

  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology or related field;

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in estimation and project management in construction;

  • Knowledge of standards and regulations in civil infrastructure (MTQ, municipalities);

  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills;

  • Good knowledge of Office suite;

  • Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, SEAO, BSDQ, MERX, etc.);

  • Knowledge of TPL Estimation software (asset);

  • Valid driver's license and car;

  • Fluent in spoken and written French.
