Analyze calls for tenders and technical documents;
Evaluate costs of materials, labor, equipment and subcontracting;
Prepare detailed and competitive submissions;
Participate in pre-estimation site visits;
Collaborate with engineers, technicians and suppliers to optimize costs;
Plan and coordinate project phases from mobilization to delivery;
Monitor schedules, budgets and resources;
Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and partners;
Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with OHS standards;
Prepare progress reports and project completion summaries;
Identify risks and propose corrective measures;
Participate in continuous improvement of estimation and management processes;
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology or related field;
3 to 5 years of experience in estimation and project management in construction;
Knowledge of standards and regulations in civil infrastructure (MTQ, municipalities);
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills;
Good knowledge of Office suite;
Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, SEAO, BSDQ, MERX, etc.);
Knowledge of TPL Estimation software (asset);
Valid driver's license and car;
Fluent in spoken and written French.
