Your daily life
- Complete the full payroll process for approximately 200 employees;
- Enter employee timesheets into the payroll system;
- Obtain necessary approvals for timesheets;
- Enter employee expense accounts;
- Prepare termination paperwork, etc.;
- Support the HR and accounting teams;
- Collect, verify, and process information submitted by the HR department;
- Maintain time banks in the system;
- Prepare monthly payroll reports;
- Ensure the application of company payroll policies;
- Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
- DEP in accounting or three (3) years of experience in payroll management, timesheet data entry, and/or accounting-related tasks (experience with CCQ payroll is a significant asset);
- Knowledge of various collective agreements (asset);
- Experience with ERP systems (asset);
- Knowledge of Vision software (asset);
- Good command of spoken and written French.
