Human Resources Technician

Collaborate on pre-selection telephone interviews;
Prepare the necessary documents for welcoming a new employee and ensure all hiring-related documents are completed;
Welcome site employees;
Communicate company policies to employees;
Create and keep physical employee files up-to-date;
Support the HR director in managing employee files;
Support the HR team in the administrative aspects of training, CNESST, labor relations, disabilities, follow-ups, etc.;
Participate in updating HRM tools (policies, manuals, etc.);
Participate in OHS management (Occupational Health and Safety);
All other tasks related to the job.
You are autonomous and proactive;

Studies in human resources, industrial relations, or equivalent experience;
Proficiency with the Office suite;
Ability to communicate easily with clients;
Fluent in French.
